Alma Azul was born in the Desert of Almería (Spain), where our Chardonnay grapes grow in extreme weather. Its elegant blue color is a tribute to the Mediterranean lifestyle, celebrating the present and honoring tradition.
As producers of aged wines, we deeply respect the value of tradition, but we also adapt to the new times and present a classic product in an elegant and modern blue color that awakens the senses of the most curious consumers.

WHY IS IT BLUE?
The blue color reminds us of the Mediterranean Sea, its culture and gastronomy. Made with Chardonnay grapes, Alma Azul owes its elegant blue color to a natural pigment present in the grapes skin called Anthocyanin, which is harmless to our health and commonly used as a food additive and source of antioxidants.

ALMA AZUL STILL is made with grapes 100% Chardonnay, contains 11% alcohol and is presented in 75cl bottles. It combines perfectly with the majority of recipes of the Mediterranean diet like tapas, cheeses, fish, seafood, white meats, pasta, paella…
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Tasting notes: Elegant blue colour with sweet aromas of pineapple, raspberry and passion fruit. With its own personality, fresh and sweet at the same time, and very easy to drink. Production: Young of the year, macerated with extracts of grape skin, cherry, raspberry and passion fruit.
SPARKLING BLUE SOUL
ALMA AZUL SPARKLING is made with a selection of the best Chardonnay and Garnacha grapes combined with a lot of fine bubbles, with 9.5% alcohol volume and packed in elegant glass bottles of 75cl.
We hope that our blue bubbles will convince the most exclusive wine lovers, and it’s an excellent option for your aperitifs, cocktails, celebrations and snack-time. Best to serve between 6ºC – 8ºC.
