ALMA AZUL SPARKLING (sparkling) is made with a selection of the best Chardonnay and Garnacha grapes and many bubbles, contains a 9.5% volume of alcohol and is presented in elegant 75cl bottles. We trust that our blue bubbles will convince the most exclusive wine lovers, and we believe that it is an excellent option for your aperitifs, cocktails and celebrations. Serve preferably between 6ºC – 8ºC.

Variety of grapes: Chardonnay and Garnacha Tasting note: Attractive blue color, clean and bright. Intense aromas of Mediterranean fruit. Fruit sensation, abundant and fine bubbles, fresh and sparkling.

Production: Maceration for 4 hours in order to fully capture the aromas. Light pressed. Fermentation at 12ºC in stainless steel tanks. Later all the musts that compose it are tasted and they are assembled for their homogenization. The second fermentation takes place in an isobaric tank to capture the bubbles and is finally bottled.

Climate: extreme continental of long and cold winters, hot and dry summers with a great contrast of temperatures between day and night, and short intermediate seasons.
